FREE delivery throughout Northern Ireland, however Republic of Ireland and mainland UK will have to pay a fee depending on order amount on ALL furniture orders.
We deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and mainland UK (England, Scotland & Wales). We do not deliver to the Scottish highlands or any islands.
Deliveries throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are carried out by Brothers Furniture and Interiors delivery staff. Deliveries throughout mainland UK are carried out by 3rd party logistics companies.
All furniture can be delivered to the room of your choice, provided there is a clear pathway of which there is sufficient room to get said goods to the desired room. Divan beds can be installed and built and headboards attached as appropriate at no extra charge. However someone must be in the house to give clear instructions to the Delivery men for the bed to be installed in the right room or this could mean that the bed will be left un-assembled.
Bed-frames, Wardrobes, dining ranges and any other furniture which requires assembly will be delivered on a pre-arranged day to the room of your choice. These goods can be assembled by a member of the Brothers Furniture and Interiors delivery team. Bunk beds are supply only. If you decide to assemble purchased goods yourself Brothers Furniture and Interiors cannot stand over said goods. Therefore refund or exchange cannot take place.
In order for your delivery to be carried out in an efficient manner – it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to prepare noting the following points:
Goods will not be delivered until payment has been cleared.
Payment if by cheque must be paid 2 weeks before delivery, and therefore cleared. Delivery personnel can take credit card payments via telephone to base - during normal office hours. They cannot take cheques.
Please do not ask Brothers Furniture and Interiors delivery personnel to move your furniture or other belongings as a refusal often offends. Any damage resulting if delivery personnel are forced to move items is not the responsibility of Brothers Furniture and Interiors. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer to illustrate your understanding of this point.
Collecting an item that has been delivered to you is chargeable dependent upon location. Our Free Delivery Service does not include collecting items and in some cases returning goods can incur a charge if we have used an outside transport company for the first delivery. In order for us to offer a FREE delivery service we assign a geographical area to each day. Once assigned this cannot be changed. Customer’s will be telephoned 2 working days before the scheduled delivery to confirm their delivery date, we cannot give a guaranteed time for delivery but we will give you a window of what time we would expect the delivery to take place, THIS IS A ESIMATED TIMEFRAME AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED due to uncertainty with traffic and unforeseen difficulties, you can request a courtesy call to be made anything up to 30 minutes before the delivery for Dublin runs and up to 1 hour on runs outside of Dublin.
Brothers Furniture and Interiors also offers a FREE Click & Collect service on all orders. Once an order is ready a member of our customer service team will notify you that the order is ready for collection in store.
The estimated date that stock will arrive into our warehouse is approximate and is not a set date. The date is quoted using all the information at our disposal and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, products can become delayed. In such cases, Brothers Furniture and Interiors cannot be held liable and will endeavor to gain access to the stock as soon as possible.
Goods can only be held in storage with prearranged agreement with Brothers Furniture and Interiors personnel and must be paid for in full. Any extension to this must be clearly stated on the sales order and agreed at the time of purchase. If storage is required by the customer for a longer period this can be arranged at a charge and Brothers Furniture and Interiors will not be responsible for damages or deterioration while in storage.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will issue you with a full refund, however you will need to return the entire order at your own cost if you have already received them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened with their seal intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept any item which has been used or not in the same purchased condition - a refund / exchange will unfortunately be denied.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival we will happily refund your item when it is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we will be able to assist you. We will offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned item/s for inspection. If we are satisfied that the goods were faulty on delivery to you we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them including the delivery charges for sending the item to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
